Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personal care products, customized or made‑to‑order items, and products marked as final sale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us using our contact us form and we will provide further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider and bank, as processing times can vary.
